Modifications made by Shotori (2026-10-04) for mobile delivery:
  - removed the embedded thumbnail image (VRMC_vrm.meta.thumbnailImage);
  - downscaled textures larger than 1024 px on the long side to 1024 px (Body_00, Body_00_nml, Tops_01);
  - Body_00 base-colour map re-encoded as JPEG (q90, 4:4:4); other PNGs losslessly re-compressed.
Geometry, skinning, morph targets, expressions, spring bones, constraints and MToon materials are unchanged.

Outfits (2026-10-05): '벚꽃 피크닉' and '소다 마린' are recoloured copies of the model's own Tops_01 / Bottoms_01
textures (models/outfits/), swapped at runtime. Hair and eyes keep their original colours.
Round glasses (models/acc/glasses_round.glb): self-made by Shotori, attached to the head bone at runtime.
